Yea thats pretty funny but its factory overclocked so often times they dont use the reference cooler from Nvidia.

Well its hard to say only because the card is OC stock. But you also are running an AMD so that doesn't take as much power as an intel. So I would try it first. If your computer totaly locks up when under high load (like when u play a video game) then most likely the power supply needs to be upgraded to about 450W should be good. Try not to get the cheapest one on earth (unless it has good reviews) because the efficency of a power supply goes down as it gets hot and cheaper ones seem to be less reliable in that way. Also you might want to check that your computer wont freeze up when the power goes out and the UPS takes over, this happened to me and the problem was the power supply not the UPS.

ok i think im probably gonna upgrade my power supply anyways cause im thinking of upgrading my cpu and mobo also. also i was wondering if the Ultra X-Connect Power Supplies are any good? cause if they are it will help keep my case clutter free and not have alot of wires every where
