Please help overclock my Celeron D 335

Hi,

I have an Intel Celeron D 335 2.8Ghz. I've heard i can overclock it to 3.55Ghz, but i dont want to kill it, so please, could someone tell me how to do it step by step?

This would help me to, I a sort of the same processor in another pc, wan to OC it to atleast 3 Ghz when I have my new motherboard.

Well maybe i dont need any guide.
If im right, i just need better cooling, and then just simply use the Auto Overclock setting in my BIOS
