New build!

Thread Starter
As an early Christmas/Birthday present from my folks, they are letting me get some new parts for my quickly aging desktop. I'm ordering it tonight and just wanted to make sure I'm getting the right stuff!

AMD Phenom II X4 BE Deneb 3.2GHz
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103674

G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1600 Dual Channel Kit
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231193

Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835185125

Gigabye GA-MA770T-UD3P AM3 Motherboard
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128392

Cooler Master ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811119137

I'm pretty confined to the budget and I can't go much more expensive at all, unfortunately. But I do want to make sure that what I'm getting is the best value.

Thanks!!

I would get a SLI board in my opinion. Or crossfire. I regret not buying a SLI or Crossfire board when I built my system. Besides that looks like your set. I use that same cooler and my X2 7750 idles at ~30C and loads ~38C when playing MW2..

Crossfire Board

I have that cooler, and I think the noise may drive you insane ><

I've heard good things about the sun beam http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835207004

Only $25 shipped with MIR if you're into that.

The AC7 is a nice fan and all, but it's definitely the loudest thing in my case.

i'd get the Scythe Mugen 2. not much more expensive and it's a better cooler

also, try looking for a combo deal on the mobo and CPU - you could save some money that way. and yes, a crossfire capable board is better - you'll be wanting to buy a new GPU later.
