Will be ordering my new AM3 board within the hour, But which one?

Thread Starter
At 12am my wages go in and it's to make the first step in moving back to AMD.

I have my eyes on the MSI GD70 as I really like the look of it and it has a lot of nice features, also like the look of the ASUS Crosshair 3

Which one shall I order?

Can't go wrong with any of them. They're both solid. It all comes down to flavor and what you really need, (examples: 4 pci-e (GD-70) vs 3 pci-e (CHF III), 8 sata (MSI) vs 6 (ASUS), etc).

Just think what you need & don't need or list pros and cons for each board. Narrow it down on the importance of it and then decide the cost you want to spend. That should give you the deciding factor.

Good luck!

Asus.

MSI have very poor quality control, and from what i experienced, poor tech support as well.

after bad experiences twice in a row, i'd never buy another MSI product again, nor will i recommend one to anyone.
