Are there any AMD mobos that support above DDR400 yet?

Any AMD Mobo will support DDR higher than 400 if you are able to change the HTT in the bios. Some motherboards do allow dividers that can speed up the memory speed faster than the HTT, but these tend not to work too well

Ste is basically right. Overclocking your ram will give you PC4000 or whatever. But this is with a 1:1 ratio with your CPU.

I heard that the new DFI expert board will allow for DDR500 at normal htt speeds... I don't know if this is true or not though...

There's probably a memclock 250 option. My old MSI board had one, but it never worked properly. Get the board tomorrow so I'll let you know

good deal, yeah my Asus board has a DDR500 option (I think even DDR600) but they don't work and if you try them the board just defaults back to auto or DDR400

The "DDR400" standard is mearly a factuall statment the the MB can and will run DDR400. It effect it's the basis for known accepted maximum bus speed support. It provided a proof of standard when the MBs exceded the 333 barrier. Most MBs put that standard to shame but they will undoubtly not raise the published DDR400 standard due to the vast testing and costs to standardize and certify it with the community.
So, simply put, check for you memorys known max speeds by underclocking the CPU and testing the RAM for stability with memtest86. Then you will know what the working stable max speed of the RAM is and use that knowledge to your advantge in your OCing
