Boot from USB Device

Thread Starter
Any advice on booting from a USB Drive on a LanParty UT NF4 SLI-DR?

It just says "please remove the media and press a key to restart" or something like that? I made a bootable floppy on a diff computer running Windows XP Home and put the files on the USB drive

Is that even possible? I thought everything you can boot on is in the Bios options.
