Computer wont boot.. fried the psu.

I have a lanparty ut nf4 ultra d with a powerstream 520. I shut the computer down and when I went to start it back up nothing happened. So I checked to see if it had power but I dont think it did because the little orange light that is normally on wasn't on. So i changed the power supply to the oem thermaltake 430. The light turns on but when I push the power button they flash red and nothing happens. This leads me to believe that the ocz psu and the mobo are both fried.

What do you think?

Try that, I was having PSU troubles (or so I thought) too until I did that, works fine now.

yeah I did that after unplugging the computer for 4 days and it still does that. I have cleared the cmos about 100 times. Does anyone know how to test the psu's? do you just plug them in and test them with the multimeter? is there a guid on the forum?
