He said he wanted an SLI board, and the Ultra-D's can't to modded to SLI-DR's anymore.

I would recommend the Asus A8N-SLI Motherboard.

Well i heard that they can be modded but it wont be TRUE SLI the performance takes a dive. Iam willing to spend $165 but i want a good mobo that wont be extremly dificult to work with. Thats what iam worried about with the DFI.

Well, I looked it up, and you're right, it still can be modded. I remember someone saying that it couldn't be modded anymore because nVidia did something or other to stop it. I gotta start taking things with a grain of salt around here .

The mobo needs to be on newegg. Are the DFIs really as complicated as iam hearing them to be? that is the only thing holding me back from getting dfi

DFI boards are not that complicated if you know your stuff. If you have the tendency of leaving everything in AUTO in the BIOS then you may run into some problems.
