Case=Silverstone ZEUS 650Watt (speacial thanks to transonic for suggestion)
Graphics=PNY geforce 7800GT SLI in future
Motherboard= DFI lanparty ut nf4 sli-dr expert
PSU=Thermaltake silent pure power 680W
HDD= WD2500KS (250GB 16MB buffer 7200RPM) X2 (thanks to SaoDMTguy for 16mb buffer suggestion)
DVD=Pioneer DVR-110D 16X Dual Layer DVD±RW Drive

Everything looks good except for the power supply. I wouldn't trust my new and expensive components with that PSU. Check out the Silverstone Zeus 650w, OCZ Powerstream 600w SLI, or the rest of these SLI certified PSUs. PC Power & Cooling if you can afford it.

If your going to get 250 GB hard drives, you should get ones with 16 MB cache.
