If anyone is having problems with high VDDC temps I found that replacing the stock thermal pads makes a difference. I used some of this stuff and saw a 4°c drop during a full load.

Im guessing your refering to how to turn ulps off when you have unofficial overclocking enabled in afterburner?

If so run regedit and its under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/System/ControlSet001/Control/Class/{4D36E968-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} and in the folders 0000 and 0001 find enable Ulps, click it and change the 1 to a 0. Make sure you do both folders though.
