hey guys I was wondering if anyone is experiencing this problem with there 5970's? When I'm in game play i notice these lil black spots popping up here and there as I'm playing. So far I have noticed it in every game I play. Could this be a driver issue, I'm currently using the 10.2 drivers. I came from a Nvidia Card but I used driver sweeper before i loaded the drivers for my new card. I hope I didnt get a bad 5970

You might have, whats are you running stock? If so get MSI Afterburner and just up the voltages a little bit and see if that gets rid of the dots.

Also idk why I just never hit anything above 65*C, now I don't mean to say 65*C is the max you can go but at 1.125V you should be in the 70*C's and 80*C's.

Not to sure, I would leave it just in-case. But make sure your running bone stock, and see if you can up the voltage a notch or two in MSI Afterburner, should help.

hey everyone, I was just curious is there anyone here using there 5970 on a LCD or LED TV around 32'-42'. If so how is the FPS, and also wat type of tv would you recommend? I heard this card can run very big displays so I was thinking about picking up a 32' 120hz LCD or LED tv...

A LCD 32" with 1920-1080 resolution would be the same frames per second as a 24" 1920-1080 resolution, no difference.

Almost any high def TV would work great, just choose your favourite one.
