Hello,

Do you think I should overclock my 5970 for Bad Company 2 ( 1920x1080p ) or is my CPU a more important for this game?

I don't even know how to overclock it, I know how to do such with Ati Overdrive on the CCC but it sucks <.<

By the way, I got a Corsair TX650, do you think if I overclock the PSU will suffer to keep the pc up? :/

Run OCCT GPU and tell me whether it's stable or not.

I think you would get higher performance if you were to overclock the CPU. BC2 is very CPU intensive.

I have it at 3,9Ghz at the moment but I don't think it will see any "noticeable" difference from 3,9 to 4ghz right? :/

Not really, I don't think you should risk stability for 100 more MHz. We have a similar setup and overclocking the GPU benefits the minimum FPS, but your PSU is a bit limiting. Try to see how 850 MHz core with 1.100v does using MSI Afterburner.

It is with that Furmark and Kombuster.

Lol My card doesn't like voltages at all I mean it hates it when I put my voltages really above 1.18V, any clock seems to flip out

You should really use OCCT GPU as Furmark and Kombuster aren't the best for stability testing.
