Ultimate Highend PSU

Hi guys,

I'm currently going for an ultimate gaming PC as i have manage to save copius ammounts of cash and am curently gathering all my components. I just need some advice on a top high end PSU as I will be doing some serious o.cin. My setup so far is:

AMD Athlon X2 3800+
DFI NF4 SLI-D (And Zalman Cooler)
G.Skill 2GB DDR ZX PC3200 (2*1GB)*2 (so 4gb in total)
Leadtek 7800 GTX Extreme 512mb *2 (in SLI onbviously )
Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 SATAII 160gb *2 (RAID0)
Zalman FS-V7 Fatal1ty Cu VGA cooler *2 (Possibly replacing with a single stage phase change soon)
Creative SB X-Fi xtreme
Coolermaster Ammo 533 Al case
Single Stage Chilly1 xtreme *1

Most of the above can be changed even though I have already purchased them.

I have included alot of un-neccesary info in the above kit list but i thort i would give a full impression. So could you please advise me on a PSU for the above system baring in mind I'm planing on on o.cin to around 3.5-3.6ish on the X2.

BTW, I have looked at the OCZ Powerstream 520W but it is currently out of stock from my parts supplier and im quite eagar to get started, however if this seems to be the only logical choice then i am willing to wait.

Any and very suggestion is welcome.
Thank you for your time,
My System

It would be touch and go whether the OCZ 520W could handle that setup.
I'd recommend a PC Power & Cooling 850W PSU if you want the ultimate psu, also the Silverstone Zeus 650W psu should have no problem handling all that as well.

Lol, yeah thanks guys for the fast reply but I'm in the U.K and PC P+C are hard to find and thats why i was wondering whether you could possibly suggest any other alternatives? Is it possiblt to connect two psus up to the one mobo? You said the main concern is the phase change sys, are you reffering to the high voltage the X2 will require as the phase change wont be runnig from the psu obviously..!?

Any suggestions, thanks,

yes two psus can be used with the easy short circuit technique (not literally short cicuiting) You complete the circuit on the second psu on the ATX connector and it has power, this way you can share power. One psu takes peripherals and HDDs, fans and the such. The other powers VGA and CPU. Only issue is your electricity bill...haha...and yes the X2 will definitely suck up more power especially if you overclock it.

haha...a cold cpu a bad thing...shouldve prepped the cpu and mobo before doing so. If the cpu is freezing but the mobo is room temp it can cause some issues. Anywho i think two ocz's in series should be ok, just go to the faq section first and read up on how to power a secondary (or not connected to mobo) psu.
