Whats up with my temp tools, water cooler and thermal paste?

This is all in regards to my i7 920, Is 80c load at 4.0ghz average? or is one of the bellow things messing with me?

Temp tools

I dont get why my cpu temp in my asus probe and asus ai suite are always 5-7c cooler then any temp in realtemp, do I have to setup real temp or adjust a setting?

H50 Water Cooler

I am doing one fan on the back of the radiator pushing air in and one on the front pulling air in the case, I assume thats the push pull, but yes I am using the stock corsair fan for the pull and a stock fan that came with the cooler master scout case for the push. They are each getting about 1600rpms, should I get some Antec 120mm 1900 rpm fans? Is there something even better then those?

Thermal Paste

I am ashamed to say when it came to putting the H50 watercooler in and on the CPU I used the stock thermal paste that was on the H50. You think maybe thats doing me bad? I do own some Antec Formula 5 Silver Thermal Compound, Should I remove the stock stuff and use this or get some AS5? Or is that what I already have?

You should get matching fans for push pull, and that load temp is way to much.
67.3*C is where you need to stay on load.
I would look at getting 2 fans that match.

A cheap option would be:
2 x Scythe Ultra Kaze 2000's
or
2 x Delta AFB's

They are out of stock right now, but the Scythe Gentle Typhoon's or S-Flex's would be good options too.

Though, in a Push Pull pattern, both fans blow in the same direction, they are just mounted on opposite sides of the heatsink or Radiator.

Well, it depends on your ambient temp (room temp)

But your i7 should not get that hot on load as it could cause problems. Intel says do not get the i7 over 67.3*C

80c when stress testing is not to bad. Remember that the max temp of the i7 is ~100c (TJ Max) so you are ok at 80c.

Your Antec paste is just rebranded AS5. Same stuff. Use that Antec paste instead of the stock paste.

Have you set your TJ Max on the monitoring software? Should be 100C, but set it to 99C to be on the safe side
