Hi Guys, Im upgrading and want to get the right gear

Can you PLEASE tell me which ram is better to get?

and

Can you PLEASE tell me which Heatsink is Better to get? and what fan I should buy along with them

My future specs will look like this

Case: Sonata II - already have
Power Supply: Antec TP II 550watt - ordering today
Motherboard: Asus P5WD2 Premium - ordering today
CPU: Intel P4 640 3.2ghz Prescott EMT64 - already have
RAM: ?????? - CANT DECIDE !!!
Video Card: XFX 7800GTX - already have
HeatSink&Fan: ???? - CANT DECIDE !!!
Hard Drive: 250gb WD SATA 150 - already have
Sound Card: Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS - already have

I plan on overclocking the 3.2 to at least 4ghz, on AIR COOLING ONLY.

Are those ram choices good enough to reach my OC?? Enlighten Me !!
Are those Heatsink choices good enough too cool my OC?? Enlighten Me !!

If you guys have any input or recommendations about my Future Specs, on what to change or get, please let me know !!

Im going to have to say that the OCZ is going to be better than those XMS...corsair isnt that great anymore.

As for heatsink get this instead:

i absolutly agree, the ocz will outperform the corsair, and that heatsink, not the best, but better than the first

Zalman cnps 9500 as HSF would be good,cool&quite also looks better than all these you've listed

Thanks guys, but my motherboard only supports ddr2, so any suggestions for ddr2? i want to buy 2 gb for under $250, any good recommendations?

Also, i thought the XP-90 / 90c were the best heatsink fans for the 775, correct me if Im wrong?

Yeah, the Thermaltake Big Typhoon will significantly outperform the XP-90c and the Zalman 9500. That would be my recommendation as well.

I got pretty much the same spec as you will have check specs below, i would go for the corsair with platinum heatspreaders and the tracer leds which is what i have and the xp-90c with a tornado or panaflow fan the best overclock i have had is 4.3ghz on air! but im running 100% stable at 4ghz.

i would go with my ram and trust me when i say it is the absolute best ddr2 you can get check it out

1000MHz 5-5-5-15 2.20v
800MHz 4-4-4-12 2.15v
700MHz 4-3-3-12 2.10v
667MHz 4-3-3-10 2.00v
533MHz 3-2-2-4 1.95v

performance: Is the 5400c4 PRO all that better than the 5400c4? anyone?

And KeyKhlid, how do you know your ram is the best? i see your other posts and you cant really overclock your system at all? Let me know whats up? Is it because of your ram?

no i have test the ram it works excellently its the cpu vcore it was set to low 1.282 volts

but i fixed it and iv got to 4.0 ghz
