I don't think so. The ram will just run at the slower speed. If you mix 800mhz with 667mhz, then it will run at 667mhz. I used to run different ram together and it worked great!
To the op, I suggest running your 512mb sticks and your 2gb stick together to give you the max amount of ram possible. It should work just fine. I used to do it. Also the ram speed of 667 vs 800 will hardly even matter. More ram it better. Especially because 800mhz ram is faster than your FSB. You would need to overclock your fsb to 400 to run a 1:1 ratio.
More is better! Mix and match is just fine!
