raise Vcore to 1.5

set CPU frequency to 3.8GHZ

Raise NB frequency to 2400 GHZ

Heres a good guide on OCing phenom IIs

http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=596023

I think You can get that thing to about 4.0 stable with proper cooling

A good rule of thumb is no more than 0.2V above the stock value if on air, 0.3V (maybe even 0.4V if you're brave) above stock if on water. The lower the better of course, and you should aim at achieving the highest frequency with the lowest possible voltages.

Mhmmm

If you can safely cool everything then going up to 1.6V for your gaming/benching use isn't that dangerous

Thats just to say if your CPU out right sucks and you have to use that kind of voltage....you should have a decent clocking 955 there so under the 1.55v range for a nice overclock is within grasp

cool temps does not make it ok to go 1.6V for daily usage. thats the kind of voltages that can affect the lifespan of the CPU

Not enough to really worry about though....if you run 1.6V only when you need it and don't idle the CPU at 1.6V for daily usage then the hit on its life span is going to be minimal at best
