weird tho when i frist aplied as5 to the heatsink my idle tem wwas 45 then it shoots up to 55 .. is that normal!? ill try with the case off

The AS5 will take about a week orso to burn in and do it's work.
you should apply a small dot in the middle, it will spread outwhen you apply the HS.

I wouldn't take off the side panel if that's what you mean, it will prolly mess up your airflow completely, causing higher case temps & cpu temsp
