How do i oc my amd2600 to around 2.0ghz - 2.4 ?! other than that .. what kind of cooling ( heatsink / fans ) i needed to keep it cool around 40-44 idle and below 50 on fullload ?! .. thanks a lot !

Well, you can push 55c under full load.
You will need to up the vcore and increase the FSB.
If your BIOS has the above adjustments...a great inexpensive FHS is in my sig

That is going to be hard if you don't have the mobile version. I think the regular version has a locked multiplier.

If it's a Barton you could get about 180-190MHz on the FSB.... with good cooling.
BTW... CPU-Z will ID the CPU for you. www.cpuid.com

just to add my 2 cents, i got my 2600 barton on a VIA mobo up to 197 stable, and thats with good cooling, i bet you could go farther on a better mobo (that was like 2266mhz FYI) i had load temps of 40 and it idled at 34c. so id guess that there is more in my chip (it was only at 1.675v). i know of a few that have gotten 2.3 - 2.4 out of it, but i doubt that you could get 2.5 on air. hope that was what you were looking for.
