I don't want the homebrew stuff.
Not sure about cartoony necromancer ... Maybe give it a try.
Are there any gore in that game?

Haha, gore? You sound like a 5 year old looking for that cheap thrill.

Yes, there is blood animation/splatter that can be toggled if that is what you're asking for, that's about as gore filled as you'll get in an above camera dungeon crawler. Can't say this is any sort of game defining element....

When you go into the destroy menu, it says "Click here to recover the gem". Since it had no mention of destroying IN the interface, I was confused. I bet you feel like a big man now.

It's irritating that permanent fish aren't permanent. I really want a dog. I also managed to glitch my cat into turning into a spider almost permanently (for around 2 whole days) until it finally turned back into a cat last night.

You know, I find myself never using the fish. I just never think to feed any to my cat. The dogfish (or whatever) doesn't permanently turn him into a dog?

It turns him into a dog until you feed it a temporary fish, and then after the temporary fish wears off it goes back to being a cat. I tried manually editing the save file in Notepad (replacing all instances of "C a t" with "D o g") but that did not work out, and no save game editor can change pets yet.

I just got this game. I like it a lot. Very simple, yet fun.

Sorry, didn't mean to sound so insulting. I was just poking fun at the irony of the question. I have noticed a few typos in the game, such as when you first encounter a enchant fountain in the mine. It says for a fee you can put an enchant on an item, however, the fountains are free enchants.

Oh, I just assumed from the whole "caution: this is permanent" in it's description that it was...well you know...permanent

Currently at Level 52 with my Destroyer, can't wait to do the ancestry thing. I'll pick hard difficulty, alchemist and a dog pet.
