Do you have any PC2700 memory sticks in your motherboard alongside the PC3200 ones? Try resetting your CMOS, pull the silver battery out of your motherboard and leave for a few mins and then replace the correct way up or switch the CMOS jumper over.

It is PC3200 both of em, and the resetting of the CMOS did nothing. I believe it is the BIOS version the 1011 has an error. I tried the 1009 but it didn't recognize my Mobile A64. (memory was still underclocked)

Is ur memory a single-sided one or a double-sided one ? My friend has the same board with double-sided 512 sticks and his is underclocked to 333 MHz just like urs.

Move your ram to different colored slots. If you look in your manual, you should see a chart showing you what combinations of single and double sided sticks will result in 333mhz speed. It's not your BIOS and it's not your ram, it's the slots you have them in. I'm 100% certain.

I have a computer running an K8N-E Deluxe and mem runs at 400. Using 1011 bios. Have you selected the speed in bios or is it in auto?

Could it be that my memory is not on the list in the manual?
