I've tried using some overclocking utilities on my system to overclock my FX5200(yes, I know it's lame), but it won't overclock at all. Why is this happening?

hmm try this, right click on your mouse, then go to nvidia display and go on clock frequency setting.

I've tried both Coolbits and RivaTuner, but they won't let me change anything under the frequency tabs. As for the card...

Apollo Bloody Monster 3 GeForce FX5200
AGP 8x
128MB RAM (128-bit interface according to everest, I remember it as being 64...)
250Mhz core speed
266Mhz memory speed

It tells me that the selected frequency settings don't work, even if I try to underclock it. Is it a GPU or Mobo problem possibly? The board's a SOYO SY-KT600 Dragon Plus V2.0 if it helps at all.
