try to post your problem also in Corsair Forums, they do great job there.
I would advise you to not raise voltage over 2.1 and try to give 1-2 notch up the CPU-NB VID if you have such a setting in BIOS, or NB 1-2 notches up. Set every timing manually and try to keep the following values :
5-5-5-15-22-2T and TRRD=5 TRFC=195us TWTR=4 TWR=8

for explaining the timings and the abbreviations.Some times manufacturers don't use the timing abbreviation, but the whole words.
Also, if you do have a DMM (Digital Multi Meter) and have steady hands and some experience, try to measure the actual DRAM Voltage from the pins of the empty ram slots, it can be a good approximate to what voltage you're feeding to your rams.
