Here's a great guide on memory timings:

http://www.dfi-street.com/forum/showthread.php?t=24719

It's specifically for DFI mobos, but it tells you what everything is, and can be applied to any other mobo.

[QUOTE=easy]hey guys this is im by bios.
DRAM CLOCK-?
CAS LATENCY TIME-?
ROW CYCLE TIME-?
ROW REFRESH CYCLE TIME-?
RAS# TO CAS# DELAY-?

Say you have ram with a rated timing of 1,5-2-3-4 (just for example):

1,5=CAS LATENCY TIME
2=ROW CYCLE TIME
3=RAS# TO CAS# DELAY (!!!)
4=ROW REFRESH CYCLE TIME (!!!)

Yes, unfortunately the dfi-bios lists the last 2 timings differently from how we are all used to reading timings. But you get used to it...

DRAM CLOCK is your "overall" timing (?... not quite sure here...) and should be set to 1T if possible. Otherwise 2T will do.

The other timings you can leave on auto, (atleast that's what I've done) or you can try "tightening" (lowering) them - one by one preferably. Then after each timing you've lowered test with memtest, and if there's no errors, lower the next one (by one).
