Well your ram is bottlenecking your cpu since u need pc3200 ram and u got pc2700 and your vid is pretty powerful a new cpu would get best outa it but u should still be getting some very nice numbers in games atm.

First, I'd just like to kindly ask you to use better grammar and language when posting, as it is a rule of the forum. Your topic post, no offense, was atrocious, and very difficult to read.

Now onto your problem:

Yes, I believe you would benefit greatly from a new CPU and some better RAM. There is no doubt that it's bottlenecking, and with a SD 3700 in there, your FPS should be way above that. Same with new RAM(make sure it's rated at least pc3200).

MAKE SURE YOUR PC IS OF AND YOU ARE GROUNDED FROM STATIC ELECTRICITY

well if you are looking at your moboard you will see a batteray normally at closer to the bottom of the case .If you are wanting to reset the bios you can take this batteray out for 20min/or 30min but if you dont want to wait all that time you will see a jumper close to the batteray you can remove this jumper from the 2 pins that it is on and move it forward one place so that it is on pins 2,3 instead of 1,2 leave it on pins 2,3 for 30/60secs and move it back to 1,2 and start your machine and that is the cmos reset .hope this helps

My guess is your ram. Get some DDR 400/PC3200.
