Hmm, one other thing that should be noted that I haven't found yet, is if you should use your home's oven or another one. Does baking a card give off any kind of toxic fumes that you wouldn't want in your oven?

I tried baking my 4850 but it came out worse. However baking my 6600GT extended its life for a year but it eventually failed.

Chalk up another success to the conventional oven - computer enthusiast's new best friend!

Fixed not only my Xbox 360, but one of my 8800GTXs with this method. Does the epic winrar!

For those having capacitor problems:
1) If the capacitors are falling out - that means you're letting the board get too hot. It should only stay in there for no more than 10 minutes, if not less. Also make sure the board is somewhat level.

2)If the capacitors are leaking, than you've either let it get too hot or your card is too close to direct contact with the flame in the oven. My suggestion is to cover the capacitors with one or two layers of tin foil just to help insulate them a tad. Just the big capacitors at least.
