Well, it seems like a great cause (cancer runs in my family) and I couldn't think of a better team to fold for. My X2 @ 2.75 is now 24/7, (except of course when I have a hankering for Quake 4). Now, 2 questions and 1 small problem...

1. I read that you have to run the two different versions of the program on the dual core, but I'm getting full load on both cores with just one instance, so I guess it must have been updated? And with this update, did it also include forcing sse (2+3) instruction sets? I'm doing 1000 frames of p753 gromacs core right now at 27 seconds a frame, is this a good speed for this core?

2. I had planned to take some of my year end bonus and get the fx-60, but now I'm thinking about starting an opty165 farm... Would 2 opty 165 systems outfold 3 pentium d's? It's either fx-60, 2 opty 165 rigs, 3 pentium d 820 systems, or that 24" lcd I've been eyein'... which would you chose? And what do you think the most cost effective (from scratch) folding rig would be?

3.... small problem, I took my P4 2.53 out of mothballs today for folding, and found out the psu had died... what would be an inexpensive oc friendly psu that I could find at a B&M (I have to go to Fry's tommorrow anyways).

thanks, and keep folding!
