There is a trick statment which is difficult to answer.
Strained silicon is the latest to do with improving the core quality.
Whether the "same" is used is like comparing apples to apples. Some apples are tart and some are sweet
SO when they cut the cores various parts are some what better than others. How they determine that and what core it actually go into is unknown to me. So in effect that is why some "Steppings" are better OCers than others regardless of Venice, SD, Opty, FX!
