what OS will you be using btw. just note 32bit can only utilize up-to 3gbs of ram so the last GB wont be used thats just how it works 64 however can use as many as your board can hold. which is 8GB on that one i think

Get a different heatsink, and use OCZ freeze instead of AS5. No curing time.

Just going to make sure, will you need a new case or will your old one fit a full-size ATX? Do you want to stick with Intel or AMD? You can get something like this for ~430 dollars. I'll assume you're recycling your DVD drives.
