Ordering a 6600gt, should I upgrade the psu too?

Hi,

I decided to get a 6600gt to replace my busted card. (well i tried the 6200 but that card just suxs)
I've heard this card needs a lot of power and I'm not sure my psu is up to it. It's a codegen 350w.
I'm running:
P4 2.4
512mb
3 case fans 2 with leds
80gb and 40gb hard drives

Is codegen a crappy brand? What brand/wattage should I look for? Should I also look at the voltage rating?

I've always had this problem where when I get into a game then the screen will go blank on and off until I tweak the settings to 1024x768. I thought it was the video card (ti 4400) but when I tried playing bf2 on the 6200 it would go on and off after a while of playing at 800x600 and all the time at 1024x768. It can't be the mobo, it happened on my old one and it's doing the same thing on a new one. Is this most likely the psu? I'm using a lcd monitor, but it only happens in games.

Well the 6600gt is $140. 6800gts are much more expensive plus I'm using agp.
