Any opinions? Also does the MSI Afterburner allow voltage tweaking on the EVGA Dual PCB GTX 295, or only possible with EVGA voltage tuner?

Both are very alike, I think any voltage tuner should work with the GTX 295.

afterburner is the same as both evga apps combined and it has the option to setup your own fan rpm profiles too
