Is Geil value Ram 2Ghz(1ghzX2) better then 1Ghz(512MhzX2) run Dual DDR for OC'ing, i am now plan to upgrade my ram now i am confuse about this so much, pls help me, and tell me the different Thanks

The 512MB sticks use Winbond UTT-BH5 chips, but I don't think that's going to matter since you have an Abit board. I would go with the 1GB sticks.
