The 19x.xx drivers STILL have a problem with flashbangs in CS:S and Tabun gas in WaW. When you get hit by the effects of these, the screen tears and flickers pretty badly. I've heard others are having the same problems. I've tested out official WHQL Forceware 191.07, 195.39 and 195.62 versions, all with the same results. The 186.18's don't have the same issue.

You need V.Sync then. To bad CS:S isn't good enough to handle V.Sync...

Seriously, the tearing and flickering is terrible, beyond what you typically see as a vsync/framerate issue. And it only happens with you're hit with a flash/tabun gas. But anyway, the 186.16 drivers don't have the same issue... not even in the slightest, even with vsync off.
