Making my first OC efficient

Thread Starter
Hello everyone!
I come with great news on my first OC! I'm now at 2.94 GHz stable!

I found the max's of memory, htt, and cpu all on stock, and came up with these results:

MEMORY:
- 2.9 volts (dimm)
- HTT: 230
- HTT Multi: 4x (instead of 5x)

HTT:
- 1.6 volts (chipset)
- HTT: 333
- HTT Multi: 3x (instead of 5x)

CPU:
- 1.6 volts (VCore)
- HTT: 250
- HTT Multi: 4x (instead of 5x)
- CPU Multi: 12x
- 3000 MHz

So with that, I have the following now (see screenshots)
CPU-z of what I have now: http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc?id=59206

Now I know that a lower CPU Multiplier is better, but I was wondering if anyone could help me out making my OC as efficient as possible with the results I came up with. As you can see in the screenshots, the ratio is not a 1:1. Maybe there's something I could do with my RAM to get back to the 1:1 ratio? I'm on corsair valueselect.

If anyone can provide me with some insight, I'd appreciate it greatly.

Once again, happy holidays, hope everyone got what they wanted
Jim

PS: I'm still on stock, mid 30ºC's IDLE and upper 40ºC's LOAD. Not bad for stock?

It's hard to argue a lower multiplyer with those results
Get photos of your BIOS settings for a referance so when you do more tweeking you can always revet to them.
BTW... you can squeek a little above the "1000" to as much as 1040 with stability but do increase in very small steps and check for stability with each increase.
