I had a 5200 and it had lots of problems too and it finally died when I tried to overclock it.
Very nice!

well, 2 things now: it allready has a fan stick to it (i bought it like that) and my stock speeds are sth. like 220/250 or sth like that. i took it to 285/300 (if i go higher it becomes unstable, and i dit it with Riva) but i don't feel any difference, exept, well, getting hotter and hotter and restarting my pc more often when i'm just in the middle of a game ejoying the poorly quality and bad textures... u think an uprgade to a 6200 with also 128 MB and still 64 bit will help? thax guys, really helpin me here

That would be a big upgrade! I would recommend this card. The PNY is a decent card for the price... It will cream your 5200

a great budget choice, just be sure to avoid any of the Turbo Cache cards like the plague

Actually, for $30 more, I would get this card:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130262

It's the one I use, and mine's currently running at 380/496. Stock speeds are 300/400, so it's a big increase in performance. Stock I was getting like 24,000 in Aquamark and 3386 in 3DMark03. At current speeds I get 28,703 in Aquamark, 10022 in 3DMark2001, 4138 in 3DMark03, and 1761 in 3DMark05. Pretty good card in my opinion.
