Ste, what i mean by this is that if you go unstable, loosen your timings some. still get the lowest possible timings, but also high clockspeed. I.E. my RAM won't go ddr520 at 2-2-2-5 1t because #1 can't supply enough voltage and #2 the memory timings are too tight for it. SOOO i loosen the timings 2.5-4-4-7. optimal timings for ddr520 and it runs faster than it would ddr400

Buttmudd. I've been wondering the same thing as well but my ram really sucks to even bother doing some tests.
can you OC your ram to the max stable at 2-2-2-5 1t and run some Sisoft tests and then 2.5-4-4-7 at ddr520 and do the tests again. I'd like to see what you get. I'm deciding on new memory and would like to know what the outcome is with that ram and amd.
