K8N4-E Problems

Ok just put in my Asus K8N4-E and I'm having some interesting problems. On first boot all the fans ran and lights turn on, the screen light even went solid showing it was receving a signal but nothing on the screen. I unplugged my ethernet card and that problem was solved.
Next I could not get raid 0 to run so I used a 60 gig Ide hard drive. Windows installed fine and on the first boot the computer just restarted. I started going through a list and I got the computer to boot in safe mode. Once in safe mode I installed the nforce 4 drivers and all that stuff and rebooted. It restarted once again. I booted into safemode and it worked. I then tried booting into safemode with networking so I could get some updates that would hopefully fix the problems. It would not boot into safe mode with networking it would just restart. Now the computer cannot detect the CDs or the hardrive and it just goes to a black screen with a white underscore and the underscore flashes then the computer restarts.
Another problem is that it will not detect my floppy drive and when I restart the computer on the reload the screen stays black. I cannot run memtest because I cannot get the floppy to work.
Next the Sata seems very odd. If I plug both drives in they detect fine. If I turn on raid and set it up, then it dected a 3rd hardrive in the 3rd sata slot. I disabled raid and such and put one drive in the 3rd slot, it detected it fine. I then put one in the first slot and left the one in the 3rd slot, it detected one drive in the fourth.
Anyone got any suggestions?

This problem is so complicated, I'm gonna start another day of troubleshooting. Still no suggestions?

Edit: Motherboard has gone in for RMA
