HA with the settings i have currently I can already tell windows boots ALOT quicker, and I thought it booted really quick to start with.
its not the sata spread spectrum, have you got cpu-z so you can see what ya ram is running at whilst upping the fsb? have a look in advanced chipset features and Clock spread spectrum- disable

excellent my friend we are getting somewhere, im not sure how power hungry your cpu is but sooner or later you are going to have to up the vcore a tad more, see how far you can go before it crashes, keep an eye on what the ram gets to aswell, remember your settings so you can adjust for next time.

Ok, so when I hit 250 I should lower ht to x3 right because I have been testing 248 for like 5 minuets now with 1.45v 4x and I think soon I may bump it up to 250, and if needed the voltage to 1.75.

dont put the cpu voltage at 1.75, thats way too high, just put it up another .025 if anything, put ya htt mult to 3 YES, how are your temps going so far.

Ok, I have been testing 248 for a while now and I just bumped it up to 250 and will be testing that for the next 5 minuets or so then pop the ht to x3 and keep going untill my cpu just can't go any higher. BTW I am getting 40c with prime95 on with the test that creates the most heat and such, so heat shoulden't be a problem, at least not yet. Thanks for telling me that 1.75 was too much voltage because I thought it was the max, lol I can be sooo noob sometimes.

keep on going up till it isnt stable at those volts and then think about upping it a tad, 40c load is good- its 45c in my case at the moment, its hot here in adelaide.

Ok, I left the volts as is poped the ht to x3 and went for for my goal of 2.8 by putting in 256 into cpufsb....man I am loving this chip so much right now, and my temps are still at 40, and cpu-z says my memory is running at 201mhz. BTW, the sd's multis are locked so we are stuck at x11, but it's alright.
