the g5 isn't just a "contact and buy one" water block - its a put down a $115 AUD deposit, wait three months as the waterblocks are milled and lapped, then pay the other part of the $270 AUD it costs for one of the blocks when one day you finally get the confirmation block that your block is ready to ship - then you wait a week for it to fly via tanscontinental air mail from australia, and finally get it in your hands as a bragging right to all others

but stu only did one run of the G5's, and that was back in february through april that they were available, you're SOL for a G5 if you ever want one, unless the owner is deciding to sell his baby (ive seen 2 up for sale so far, not sure if either is still available or not)

there are better sound cards than mainstream ones produced by creative - the bluegears x-mystique is supposed to be just as good, if not better than the creative audigy x-fi, so i'll take the cheaper choice if its qual to the performance of a more expensive one, especially if the cheaper one has people who say its better than the more expensive one

who knows when its all gonna be done? part of whats holding me back is the fact that some of the parts arent out for retail yet, so i'm waiting on thoes

but my x1800XT comes in on tuesday, so i might break down my WC loop and stick that in with the ATI-X18 water block while i wait for the other parts
