Pentium heatsink on AMD processor

hey my friend has an extra more powerful heatsink then mine..and said i could have it..if it'll fit on my AMD would there be any complications it was originally for a P4 3.0 so im thinkin it'll help me out with some higher overclocks..worth a shot since its free..

so if i can get it to fit on there all is good right?

What type is it? You will have to find out if its compatible with the socket on your motherboard.
