It's Corsair ram so I guess I could look that up through Corsair, but how do I go about the RMA process and do I need the original packaging?
Just had to RMA some ram with newegg, was quite painless actually but i still had the packaging, pretty sure newegg needs the packaging to accept an RMA.
They gave me a RMA number, i sent it back to them (my dime), they got it about a week later, sent me an email friday to confirm reception, another 10 minutes later to confirm that they would process the RMA in 3-5 dayS and finnaly a last one to tell me i would get credited my CC this saturday.
Still waiting for the credit to pop up on my CC
Corsair gives lifetime warranty and i would assume does not require the packaging to RMA.
