You can push you processor more, expecially with those low temps. I had a P4 2.4Ghz that I got up to 3.6Ghz on air cooling! You don't need to mess with your memory frequency. It will adjust to your BIOS automatically. You may want to play with the timing, but I wouldn't worry about it.

Eithre push the processor a little more, or start looking for a new one... Have you OCed your video card?

Use RivaTuner to OC your videocard. Just google it, and download it!

Your temps look good, so definitely increase the FSB a little. Keep in mind though that your Kingston ValueRam is more than likely topped out at ~215, so it might be time to try a divider. Set the ram frequency in bios to the 320 (or 333), this should be like a 4:5 RAM:CPU divider.

You can't overclock a GPU through the BIOS. Seeing as you're running nVidia, I'd reccomend trying coolbits2 in order to overclock. Or, you could mod your GPU BIOS, but that's a bit more advanced and harder to work with.

i just downloaded riva tuner v2.0 rc15.8 where to start?Set the ram frequency in bios to the 320 (or 333), this should be like a 4:5 RAM:CPU divider.----i dont know where that is 333 is in mhz right i have an option for that 266 333 and 400 so you want me to use the 333mhz?

Yes, I want you to try the 333 setting.

First though, try some more FSB at 1:1 (current settings, but increase FSB slightly).

I dont want you to have to use the divider unless the ram is gonna crap out at 215+.

Have you tried Coolbits for your card? http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=815
