I've heard mixed things about BFG power supplies, but I can't find one on NCIX or Newegg that beats that price.

I do think you can do better on the hard drive. A WD Cavalier Black drive will be faster and more reliable. Other than that, looks great. Hope your friend enjoys.

My asus works really well for overclocking, however i havent heard bad things about the msi either. Get some cpu cooling if hes gunna end up overclocking. h50 for water or megahalems for air.

Ok thanks, Is H50 hard to use ? Do you have to change the water in the loop etc ? Because He does not want all the trouble... Maybe i would be better with air ?

If he wants maintenance free, then go air.

Technicly they says that the H50 is " maintenance free " but.. who knows =)
As for the PSU, on a personal note i would go with corsair's psu.. i used three in my last three rig's and never had any problems, and a lot of thems are not modular.. which help a lot =)

The h50 is self contained, you dont change the water in the loop etc, you just hook it up once and your set. i just bought one and i've only heard great reviews for it.
