Suggestions for Skt478 Hsf and fan

I need a heatsink and fan for my 2.8ghz skt478 prescott. But, i dont know what to look for , i need some suggestions please .
The temps are about 62-64C full load, which is really worrying me now .

Price range you are looking at? Is noise a problem? I recommend the Thermaltake Big Typhoon here newegg has them, but for 54 bux..

sorry , forgot to mention price etc.

Price i am luking around is about 30 pounds which is i think about 52 dollars or so.
Yes, noise is a problem, the main reason in addition to the temperatures for changing is the noise level. It's like a little leafblower, kinda hard to sleep at night when i leave it on for folding. It doesnt have to be a whisper, but definetly relatively quiet. If that makes any sense

If noise is an issue, then get this Zalman, there very quiet and efficient coolers... And there priced to sell...
