Im wondering how i should mount the lexan to my side panel. I cut everything and filed and sanded. Can I super glue it?

If you're going to glue it, I'd use hot glue. BUT ifn it were me (I've made a number of cases with aftermarket lexan side windows) I'd just drill holes and use allen-head bolts. Makes the case look industrial and is much stronger.

I would stay away from hot glue if I could it probably wont stay for any length of time, here is what I did, like what Pinhead suggested, I covered the edges with split black tubing.
