The lasted intel BIOS do have some limited OC ability. If you set the extended burn in mode, you can adjust your CPU FSB from -2% up to 10%. I was able to take my 3.4Ghz up to 3.85 using an Intel BIOS. You can also download the Intel Desktop Control Center which allows you to adust memory times, FSB, see temperature, ect. Then it will save it to your BIOS.
