have a look around, i know with my mobo likes the chipset voltage up a tad after 250 htt(fsb), it could be called something else. at 1.55 vcore what are your load temps going like?

OK I think your mobo doesnt have a chipset voltge option, I found this http://www.nforcershq.com/article2362.html you arent the only one with an overclocking issue, you might have to do a volt mod by the looks of things to get it stable. (thanx to NFHQ)

it could well be, my brother had the non sli version of your mobo and couldnt get past 2400 with a venice 3000+ and now Ive got the exact cpu and managed 3k so mobo is everything. Keep trying though, take a stick of ram out and see if that helps the stability, dont give up yet!!

hmm.. you and i have the same board...idk why you have hit a wall... i have almost the exact same set up. try going with 8x250 and set your ram at 333. and HT at 4x. that should work. i was using those settings. also set your voltage s on auto. it changes with how much you overclock. pm me if you want some more help.

AUTO voltages can be very ordinary and un-controlable so be careful
