Filling up a HAF 932 is HARD. - Page 7

I am looking fowards to your threading the HAF fillport, as i have the same thing. I have only one suggestion, that you would flip the radiator, so the tubing does not go over the motherboard. It just looks much cleaner that way. Here is how i did it with mine

http://www.overclock.net/water-cooli...m-finally.html

Its a bit too late now though.

As I was planning the layout for the case I was focusing on being able to put this computer together in a way that any future maintenance be pain free, and with the Rad connections at the front it was a lot harder to get the res out the front for my client to easily refill it himself when the need arises. I either had to make the tubing make a large loop (looked bad), you couldn't slide the red out the front easily, or the hose would kink - so I flipped the ports to the back to make it easier to maintain.

Also with the connections up front you can't put anything in the top 5.25" bay, and I hate how it looks when the drives start lower - I always find a way to fill from the top down even if it requires me to buy some random 5.25" bay device to do it... I'm just OCD about stuff like that which is part of why my builds usually come out so well.

Well, the other thing you could have done is have a microres like me, then you would be able to somehow fill it up using the fillport. However, its time to stop playing the what if game, and you truely did a good job. Im supprised that you have a corsair H50 when you clearly know how to do a good watercooling system.

Well, I need a new case and a new PSU before I worry about a new cooling system. The H50 was to tide me over until I have all the prerequisits for the cooling system I want. at $50 it was a good price to lower my temps significantly compared to my former Mugen 2 heat sink.

If you want a good idea of some of the things I have planned, be sure to check out the Road-map thread I'm going to be posting (probably tomorrow) it's going to detail some of the cases I'm designing right now, upgrade paths and plans for what I want to do in the near future... some of it is going to be ridiculous if I can pull them off.
