Hmm.... don't know. Really comes down to what YOU want and are willing to spend. Because personally I would splurge on some ridiculous stock 2000mhz sticks, although you really wouldn't see a big difference.
I think the bes tupgrade path would be getting these ones for just 105
And then finding a cheap 30GB+ booting SSD for under 130$.
Otherwise if you can afford both the SSD AND RAM then you can go for some RAM that will OC better. But an SSD will make a much bigger difference in performance for your dollar than spending 100-120$ more on RAM that's only 10-15% faster than 105$ RAM.
Interesting. I have exactly $600 to spend and the only parts I need would be ram, board, and graphics card. If there is any money left over I guess i could splurge on a SSD. I was thinking of sticking with my HD3650 for now and waiting until April or march to get a new card because when Fermi comes out(hopefully) the prices of other cards will go down.
