wont run maybe cuz i played cod2 for 3.5 hours a little bit ago! got it a little hot

Okay so it appears you are stuck with 200x12 for 2.40GHz or 220x11 for 2.42GHz and not sure of the stability.

You need some RAM to further it for US $100.00 you can have some 2x512Mb 2-3-3-6 DDR400..here..which I have had behind a XP-M 2600+ at 220MHz on2-3-3-6 running fine.

If you want to spend more and get some good TCCD you could have..these..for US $152.00 and they will nearly take off and fly with the XP3000+

12x200 with 1.8vcore should get you Prime stable.

That's a good choice for RAM. If i'm not mistaken, running the RAM at 2-2-2-11 will yield the best mem bandwidth results on K7 processors (2-2-2-7 on Athlon 64's).

Whoa...that's a typo in my sig I never noticed, LOL!!!!!

OK, but anyways, keep the RAM below DDR400, and don't run 2-2-2-11 unless the RAM is rated at something like 2-3-3-6 or faster. 3-3-3-8 should be good for DDR400 on Kingston Value RAM (I used to OC on that kind of RAM, had TCCC chips!). Set the RAM to DDR333 and you should be stable then.

what percentage devider is that? would it get me 166mhz right? that would be like 80% 0r 73% for my board. well, thanks all, i will go try it out...but underclcoking the ram, wont that hurt performance?

edit: at 220fsb, the ram sets at 3-3-3-9 optimal and aggressive...

Only a teeny bit. With the FSB at 220, it'll be between DDR333 and DDR400. I think the RAM will be at 183Mhz or something like that.

Try using the 80% setting.
